Timothy is an Anderson, SC native, He attended and graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2000 with a degree in Marketing and Management, Tim began working with a private practice in Greenville, SC where he concentrated his practice in helping clients with their Civil Rights Law

Jason began his legal career with Matt Attorney and Newlon Law Firm after the completion of his legal education which includes a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of South Carolina, e.t.c specializing in Civil Law, from the University of Miami School of Law.

Jon’s education includes a B.A. from The Citadel, and M.A. in Political Science from Midwestern State University and also has taught higher education courses in business law at Lander University and alternative dispute resolution at Piedmont Technical College, e.t.c

John began his legal career in 1985 as a Staff Attorney for the Supreme Court of South Carolina. His education includes a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Political Science from Clemson University. John has taught higher education courses in Constitutional and Criminal Law, e.t.c

As the first Supreme Court Justice of Hispanic descent, as well as the first Latina, appointed to the bench, Sonya Sotomayor has broken numerous barriers for women lawyers. Sotomayor was nominated to the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York by President George H. W. Bush in 1991. After earning her Juris Doctorate, Chloe gained significant work experience as a Public Defender with the Snohomish County Public Defender’s Office.

Lauren works aggressively to give a potent voice to the criminally accused. Accordingly, Lauren orchestrates every defense strategy so that the imprecision of such reports never detracts from her clients’ integrity and underlying humanity. Dougal believes that a person can make a difference with tireless work and always striving to be better. In Colorado he resumed his work with children, specifically incarcerated children that were deemed violent and sexual offenders. Eventually he transitioned over to running a shelter for runaway and homeless youth. securing hundreds of thousands of dollars in compensation for his clients via litigating against the state……

Jeremy earned his B.S. in Economics at the University of Washington and his J.D. from Seattle University School of Law. Jeremy has worked in multiple legal clinics where he defended indigent youth accused of crimes in the juvenile court system here in Seattle. During this time Jeremy became a member of the Right to Counsel Clinic, where he provided vital support forindividuals who were denied their right to effective representation at trial.
